NEO PI-R Conversion Courses
At Zircon we run the NEO PI-R Conversion Course in partnership with Hogrefe test publishers. This course is for individuals who are Level B qualified and want to add the NEO personality questionnaire to their tool kit.
NEO PI-R Training
Originally developed from the Five Factor model of personality, the NEO PI-R is a personality questionnaire used internationally and across a broad range of occupations. It provides an insight into an individual’s preferred way of interacting with others and ways of dealing with work-life situations. The NEO PI-R considers both personal temperament and behavioural style and can be applied in a number of different situations, making it a very versatile tool. For example, the NEO PI-R can be applied to objective assessment for selection and hiring, for selection and promotion, as well as for individual development and coaching.
Amongst other personality questionnaires, Zircon uses the NEO PI-R widely with our clients, focusing upon selecting and developing key talent within the organisation especially at the middle and senior management level.
