Executive Coaching and Manager Coaching

We specialise in coaching for Executives and people in leadership roles across all levels of organisations. Evidence has shown that employees who benefit from having a coach take personal responsibility for their motivation, effectiveness and development.

Coaching, in our view, is also of benefit for those who may not hold a leadership position, but it is an approach that can work for everyone that has the potential for growth and development. These people enthusiastically deliver results and can, as a result positively lead and inspire others to be their best too.

We have extensive experience of coaching at all levels from senior executives, through senior managers and functional and team leaders. A fundamental part of the coaching process is for the person being coached to be comfortable with their coach. We ensure that the chemistry and mix is right between both parties.

Team Coaching – We can help develop teams through coaching and bespoke interventions, such as sailing days
On-boarding and Transition Coaching – We can help people deal with and manage change for themselves and their teams
First 100 Days Coaching – The first 3 months is critical in a new role, we help people through their first 100 days of their role
Conflict Resolution – Communication is often the key in resolving conflict and we can help people with differences seek mutually beneficial solutions
Team Building – We can provide a variety of team interventions to suit individual needs
