Amanda is the founder and Managing Director of Zircon and has worked in the Psychology and talent arena since 1995. Whilst her experience and expertise spreads across all four of the Zircon disciplines, Amanda splits her time between running the business and building client relationships and delivering client projects. She particularly works with clients to conduct in-depth senior level assessments, conducts senior level coaching, designs assessment programmes for restructure and succession planning, and designs and implements employee engagement research and surveys.
Amanda is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the division of Occupational Psychology and a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists. She holds her Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use a number of psychometrics some of which include OPQ, Wave, Wave 360, NEO-PIR, 16pf, Firo B, MBTI, HDS, and CPP. Amanda is also a verified Level A trainer.

Julie Lee B.Sc (Hons) – M.Sc

As a Director of Zircon since 2001, Julie has extensive experience in designing and delivering behavioural interventions for blue-chip organisations. She is a specialist in talent management with a particular interest in the identification of high-potential individuals and leadership development. She has both in-house and consultancy experience, working both in banking and the insurance sectors and as a consultant across a wide range of sectors including Retail, Education, Government, Telecomms, Professional Services and Financial.
She specialises in selection and assessment and has been involved in Assessment/Development Centre design and implementation, competency modelling as well as designing, leading and facilitating a range of training programs. She has also achieved her Level A and B and is licensed to use the NEO-PIR, OPQ, Firo-B, MBTI, HDS, Wave, Talent Q Dimensions and the 16pf.

Sarah Linton BA (Hons)

Sarah has been a Director of Zircon since 2006. Her expertise is talent assessment and development and she has 10 years experience in FTSE 100 companies. Her experience and expertise is in the areas of recruitment and assessment for Director and C-suite level appointments, assessor training, career development, succession planning, designing and delivering assessment centres, conducting outplacement counselling and career planning and campaign management.
Sarah graduated from Middlesex University in 1995 with a BA Honours degree in Business Studies. She is a trained user of OPQ, NEO-PIR, Wave, Talent Q, Motivation Questionnaire, Hogan Personality Inventory, Motives Values Preferences Inventory, Hogan Development Survey & Firo B.
